FS Waylube ISO 32, 68, 150 & 220 Non-Zinc Lubricant
FS Waylubes are formulated for the sliding ways of all machine tools. They provide good stick-slip friction characteristics and good rust-preventive properties. The tackiness agent forms a tenacious film that resists being wiped off by the slow-moving parallel surfaces or the way and resists being washed away by cutting fluids. FS Waylubes exhibit superior demulsibility characteristics, which will minimize the problem of forming an emulsion with water-based coolants. These lubricants are recommended for essentially all general-purpose shop lubrication for gears as well as ways.
